The Senior Civil Engineer position is responsible and accountable to the Department supervisor/manager for assigning tasks, directing work activities, planning workflow, providing technical expertise and information to staff members, developing presentations as required for assigned projects. Also provides technical assistance to Department staff by working with lower-level engineers in all phases of the design process.
