This individual's primary responsibility is to monitor, test, maintain, adjust and troubleshoot the entire control system for a manufacturing organization. In addition, the Plant Controller also oversees the implementation of new equipment at the facility in coordination with plant management. He/she also serves as a liaison between Production Control personnel and employees throughout the plant.
