The Performance Analyst is accountable for maintaining a thorough understanding of established performance standards and appropriate metrics, develop and conduct analysis to support the performance management process, and answer queries. The Performance Analyst's ultimate objective is to ensure that an organization has the right people in the right positions. This person does so by measuring the performance of employees, developing and implementing training programs, and increasing job satisfaction.
