He or she is responsible for maintaining knowledge of the hotel policies, procedures, and services regarding accommodating guest needs, resolving guest problems, and preparing reports on daily operations. It is also a front desk clerk position that requires extensive data entry - involving check-ins, checkouts, and other tasks associated with computer entry using the front desk's terminal.
