Other duties include completing reports on construction, repairs, and service calls; operating data entry at meter reading sites to transfer meter information into the billing system; monitoring operations of other employees engaged in recording and reporting on meter readings; adjusting unpaid bills for customers; dealing with customer complaints and inquiries.
