A Leasing Manager oversees the day-to-day leasing activity of a designated leasing office or leasing center to ensure that all properties are managed effectively and efficiently. The Leasing Manager must also ensure that all inquiries are directed to the appropriate personnel and help resolve any problems or concerns that may arise before they can negatively impact a property. This position also normally works closely with the Community Manager, on-site management staff, and Sales Department to coordinate all aspects of the account, including lease administration, marketing efforts, and ongoing property inspections.
