The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting the leasing team in building owner relationships and creating incentives to close deals within his/her designated market area. Lease consultants creates new business prospects by locating and developing relationships with owners of multi-family housing projects, condominiums, and single-family home communities. They will also be responsible for maintaining existing owner relationships and representing Questar Properties at all company and owner association meetings.
