The Front- Desk Associate greets and registers guests, provides concierge assistance, and answers service phone inquiries. The Front-Desk Associate also is typically responsible for confirming reservations and reconfirms as necessary in case of unusual requests or cancellations; checking guests out and handling transactions; scheduling and confirming tours, activities, or other rental services; differentiating between guests' questions by priority, importance or urgency; taking messages for guests including answering general property inquiries.
