They act as a middleman between suppliers and manufacturers, handling all items coming into and leaving an establishment. These supervisors also see that adequate storage solutions are in place at the warehouse and that all staff members comply with their duties. In addition, a Distribution Supervisor make sure that the warehouse is kept in a safe and sanitary condition at all times to prevent injury or diseases from spreading among the employees or products.
