Job duties may include assisting with cooking and cleaning and limited assistance with grocery shopping for families; providing routine household maintenance services such as changing furnace air filters, cleaning light fixtures, cleaning refrigerator coils, mopping floors, etc.; and collecting rent from the tenants. The majority of work activities are outside of the home in communal areas and vacant dwellings.
