The Leasing Manager must also ensure that all inquiries are directed to the appropriate personnel and help resolve any problems or concerns that may arise before they can negatively impact a property. This position also normally works closely with the Community Manager, on-site management staff, and Sales Department to coordinate all aspects of the account, including lease administration, marketing efforts, and ongoing property inspections.
