Under the supervision of the Management Team, performs a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to: data collection and reporting, preparing post-offer/pre-employment documentation, conducting background investigations, executing new employee orientations, responding to questions from employees, and managers regarding HR Policy interpretation, resolving employee issues and tracking all activity.
