This position is responsible for equipment projects and supervision of plant operators on rotating shifts. He/She may work collaboratively with a senior engineering staff in meeting plant goals by maintaining quality and cost objectives; ensuring that all processes operate efficiently and effectively; enhancing operating policies, procedures, and philosophies to maximize safety, environmental compliance, and profits; recommending management actions that maintain alignment with overall company goals; promoting a safe work environment through adherence to safety programs, and providing proactive leadership through example and participation.
