The Deckhand is responsible for supervising the deck crew and reporting to the Captain. The deck crew works together to keep boating activities running smoothly onboard. They are in charge of managing all deck operations from their duties in docking, anchoring, fueling, and other routine maintenance. They are also in charge of ensuring the safety of the passengers, security of ship accompanying property, and proper performance on all scheduled activities.
